What is Cavendish wearing in today's opening stage? They don't look like his traditional Radarlocks.

Regardless, I wonder how they withstood a 40+ mph crash followed by 198 cyclists riding over them? Tough break for Cav.

A damn shame. Hope he's ok. Very cool glasses he was sporting, though.

It reminds me of the Eyeshade (updated of course). I like it!

Looks like the Blue Iridium from the Sub Zero era. Not sure the base tint though.

Looks super odd and super cool, like if the merged a Radarlock with an Eyeshade. Wonder what he'll wear for stage 2.

If he participates, I have a feeling this will be the one he holds on to for the entire tour.

I love the sweeping lines of the frame... Not crazy about the stems.

And sadly he has had to pull out due to the crash and resulting injury.

Wow, I am really liking this as well. Looks to be an awesome release someday, hopefully soon. Too bad the crash and injury is pulling him out, also poor luck for Oakley on limited exposure to create the buzz.

Even if he had continued, depending how many copies he got, some fan likely got them as they bounced near the barricade during his crash. Maybe they will get a pair to another Oakley athlete like Fabian Cancellara.

I'm sure most of the collecting community are already keeping an eye on eBay UK in the hopes that it'll be offered up for sale.

I would love to see a different colour on Froome or Cancellara.

Might have eh? I doubt anything else will emerge from it during the tour.
