Jeff Staple just makes a bunch of hypebeast gear and sells it at ridiculous prices. Just like the pigeon dunks they came out with.

I called yesterday and they wouldn't tell me when the glasses would be available, but the shirt and hat are available now. I can't see them selling them individually, only a package.

I started following ReedSpace and Jeff Staple hoping they would tweet if/when the Frogskins were available. Instead, I got 4-5 updates an hour on this goddamn Concrete shake at Shake Shack.

"For a paint job, the splatter effect was chosen, reminiscent of the Rosa editions that came out almost two decades prior, and in true fashion were all hand painted for unique splatter effects per pair."

What are the Rosa editions that you are referring to? I couldn't find any info about them.

It's these Blades from the early 90's.

There were a few waves of them. GRFMotorsports has another dated '92 from a later point where they marked them up a little more.

Here is one of mine. I think this one is #129 if I remember correctly. I have another one that needs a little work.

He was a talented guy that took Blades/Razor Blades and custom painted them in the early '90s. They were sold in bike and surf shops in California.

I have actually seen Blades BNIB with a Rosa sticker on it, so I'm not sure if he was actually commissioned by Oakley...

I will try and find a pic

Yeah, I didn't think they were commissioned or officially sanctioned by Oakley either. I never got the impression they were a collab, but rather one guy just making customs. Now that I think of it, I don't think they were sold in multiple stores but rather just one bike shop.
