I wish that it is... I'm not a fan of gold lenses... but I think I'm making an exception on this baby! *sigh..* I thought I dont need another Juliet (-_-)
Pulled out the dremel again tonight and replaced some more bland grey MonsterDog lenses:
White Camo with VR28 Black
Which rounds out my 4 MDs (until BTO comes out and I hopefully can get a Tribal Dog). Brown Fade/Gold, Black/Ti Clear, White Camo/VR28 Black and White Fluro / Ice.
Hmmm...I just can't imagine Ice and Brown Fade getting along very well. Something about brown and blue just don't mix well in my mind. I think Brown Fade is a bit restricted to the amber/gold, maybe Ti Clear or Gold Clear would be cool. The VR28 Black is close enough to Gold that I'm sure it would work.
But my wife is watching What Not To Wear on TLC right now ... and I think they ban mixing blue and brown as a fashion rule.
LOL Rick! You'd walk out with some Industrial Jeans, a button down, tech socks, boxers, Humidors, a Medusa & about $3000 in eyewear! But , after seeing how well you pull it off, the hosts agree with your choices
hmm... i just might think about appling (or force my friends to apply for me) to get on the show. $5000 free spending money, who could say no? SoHo O-Store, here i come!
what's Stacey and Clinton gonna do, make me return everything? pfft... not!
yes Todd, i've watched What Not To Wear. i even know Clinton wasn't the original host but some dude with freakishly long hair was... his name escapes me at the moment.
hey, it's on TLC, the LEARNING Channel... it's edumacational!
too bad the TV's broken at the moment, no channel surfing for bong. :(
watching all those hands go round and round is entertainment in itself!
seriously, i've been kinda shopping for a new TV, maybe it's time to get a plasma or an LCD now that the currnet 12 year old Sony Trinitron is defunct. damn, i realized the old Sony logo sticker is still on the upper left hand corner of the TV screen!
Hmmmmm.. I dont think Rick-sensei will reveal how he got hold of it.. otherwise he wouldn't be able to acquire such ultra-rare stuffs anymore =) Well, at least not in public post :)
My favorites that I actually wear the most are my Wiretaps. They just fit my face nicely and the lens is a good all around one. I like all my others too, of course, but that one gets worn the most.
The best pair I don't wear is the pre-production Romeos. Those are pretty cool to have.
My holy grail is the stuff you can't buy. I'd love to have a display case, or those nice Oakley banners but just haven't gotten my hands on one yet.
