The new bluetooth sunglass from the Motorola/Oakley alliance will be called RazorWire. Its targeted at $300, and its O-Luminum based. Its possible that we'll receive more information at the 3GSM World Conference in France next week.

$300!!!
that is very suprising, cos arent hatchets around that much.
so surely having bluetooth would add alot to the price.

Hatchets are $260 and I think the Bluetooth is compatable with any Bluetooth phone. Maybe not though.

In order to be qualified to use Bluetooth technology it should work with most, if not all bluetooth enabled phones.

so what are we thinking? wirelessly connected mic and earpiece for a phone that stays on the hip? sooo you talk on the phone through your sunglasses?

i guess that'd be ok, but i wouldn't pay 300 bucks for it

I think this product looks a little rushed...it looks like a motorola headpiece with an "O" on it. Why not make the piece separate so I can use it with my Juliets? Or make it compatible with the thumps? I'm certain I'll have one but I guess I was expecting a little more....

As I am also into cell phone technology, there is a site that gives a great view of the Oakley RAZRwire. Try using this link:

There are two, at least what I would consider to be, great shots of them from the from the 3GSM show in Cannes, France.
