Some watches are getting out of hand. Nevermind $1k for a Diesel watch (!), but this one's a whopping 73mm! It's really a clock on the wrist:

What it's? A wall Clock? It's very very ugly!

G-Shock's new MT-G watches are coming out soon. G-Shocks are 1 of 3 quartz-based watches I would buy (the others being the Omega Seamaster Pro Quartz and Oakley MM). The MT-G looks amazing:

nice, i still wear some of my g-shocks. although ive been letting the battery die on most of them so will just be my solar left. It would be nice to wear the titanium MR-G again.

I've always liked G-Shocks. Never bought one though. These do look pretty sweet.

They have pretty awesome stuff. The Airborne and Tourbillon lines are interesting.

Watches from Retrowerk recently caught my attention. I think they use the ETA 2824 as their auto movement. So while they're not exactly one of horology's elites, I love their design philosophy. My favourite is the R002 Compass Jump Hour:

Then of course there's Haruo Suekichi's one-of-a-kind creations:

$1000? And it looks like shit, why would anyone need 4 time zones on a watch?

Nato Straps are beautiful, but in this Bassel i prefer the new GMT II Red and Blue. only have one problem, only available in white gold.
