I don't seem to have a few of the images. Oddly some of the ones I saved in the History folder also vanished. Looking for the SpookyReview2 footer, 666 header, the Lux Review April fools images, and the Lex footers. The wayback machine had the Thankful Footer, so I was able to rescue that. No dice on the others.

Long gone. That small company was bought out a few years later, so that domain ceased to exist before long.

Cleaning the office today and snapped a picture of the original OR server. Has a version as of somewhere in 2005.
