Frame: Black
Lens: Ruby Iridium

Bought these for a girlfriend in the mid 200's. Pretty small, but they worked for the shape of her face. Remind me of a smaller version of Fives, or a modified version of Four S. I don't think I've seen another pair since we broke up.

I bought these for some of my Volleyball players (U13 level). These fit them perfectly and were at the right price. Some of them tried in the Flak Jackets- but they're too big for 13 year old girls.

The parents were happy to get them Oakley for $19.99 and the kids thought the looked great.

One complaint with the Violet lens- the girls complain that these make things brighter. When i look through them, they remind me of persimmon or yellow, they do enhance contrast and won't be good for direct, bright sunlight, but great for low sun/overcast conditions.

Frame: Black / Rootbeer
Lens: Ruby Iridium / Gold Iridium

These are what I bought for my approaching-teenage kids as their first quality sunglasses. Like the blurb says they provided excellent protection with a near face fit that kept sand out. They even survived a few accidents with the simple frames just popping back together. Naturally the lenses didn't last forever....

A good choice for My First Oakleys(TM).

Before you question my choice of colourway (really "Liberace" if I wore them lol), I bought these for my long suffering girlfriend who has had to put up with my Oakley obsession.

They're really funky in this colourway, they feel extremely light and although the transmission index is quite high she says they do still eliminate most bright light. I love the silver "O" on the earstems and the way they seem embedded in the earstems themselves, a really cool rounded design which seems to lend itself better to female faces than male I feel...plus, she no longer needs to "borrow" my Juliets :-)

This is one of the few perfect pairs to give for presents. Not too expensive and not that cheap neither. I gave one to my mom for mothers day and wound up getting handed down to her cousin lol! I guess it wasnt my moms style

Frame: Cheetah
Lens: Leather Gold Iridium

I like the fit of these better than the Haylon, and at half the price you can't beat that! Even though they are a woman's pair, I think that the "cat eye" look doesn't pull so strongly that a male couldn't wear them. Great pair for all you asians out there.

The colorway I have is a bit extreme for me, but I bought it because it matches perfectly with the collar on one of my favourite jackets. I will definitely be picking up more of these.

Frame: Blue
Lens: Blue/Black

A pretty basic style for women. Of course, most women aren't out to buy Oakleys for the wild style (Plate, OTT, etc.), so these Fates are a perfect fit. Actually, my wife wears these most often. Lightweight, easy styling.

Frame: Rootbeer
Lens: Gold Iridium

I guess I'm the first actual wearer of these to give a review. These are my first Oakleys ever, and I absolutely love them.

They're small enough to fit my rather small face (Minutes don't fit me at all). They don't hit my cheekbones or bob up and down when I smile.

I adore the lenses in mine, never really owned a pair of sunglasses with anything but grey lenses, but I'm converted. They also help block out wind to some extent, which is a part of the reason I went with a somewhat wrap around frame. Hardly any amount of light bleeds in through the sides either.

Another spiffy thing about them is that they can sit on top of my head all day and never move. Now, this really doesn't seem like a big deal, I guess, but it's a great feature. They don't hurt, or get tangled, or slide down or anything else lots of other glasses do. I can barely feel 'em sitting up there.

These fit me great and the lenses are awesome, and I am so glad that I finally invested in a pair of sunglasses that look like they'll last for a long time. That and they're really cute.

Bought these for my girlfriend, she fell in love with them. She loves the subtle curves and the Gold Iridium lenses are perfect for driving. Great glasses.

Frame: Lithium
Lens: Grey

I don't own these of course, but my sister does, and these get more wearing than the Minutes. The clear marble 'lithium' frame looks nice, but also works as a pseudo-Nirvana reference for the Cobain fan.

The frame is simple as they come, which helps with the low price point, but with the lack of unobtainium comes more detail in the frame itself. The stems have channeled grooves in them and the orbitals have intersecting curves coming from the earstems. All in all, and very nice work or art for the ladies.
