Frame: all 4
Lens: different iridium
Just love the splatter m frame! Bought a first pair in Bristoll, UK, back in the nineties. Pink with blue heater... Wore them for triathlon races and eventually sold them. When starting collecting a while ago I directly wanted to get all of these!

Frame: Pink splatter and Gray Splatter
Lens: Blue Iridium

These are probably the most interesting series of early Oakley shades that Oakley released. Only available in 4 different color combinations with limited production. Each pair was hand painted and unique, with no 2 pair exactly alike. I've actually worn these occasionally and will get comments from Oakley connoisseurs about their rarity. I have to give respect to Oakley for their creativity in the early 1990's for releasing these. I've been a true Oakley follower since the late 1980's and appreciate these shades more than any other vintage oakley shades. Highly recommend owning a piece of early Oakley history.

Frame: Pink Splatter
Lens: +Red Iridium Hybrid

I acquired these for the sheer novelty of ownership. I sent a picture of them to several of my friends, and the responses were:
"Is that a Jackson Pollock Special Edition?"
"Sweet"
"I decided I want them. I must have them."
"Are those made for a girl?"

The Jackson Pollock comment hit the nail on the head. If you can find these in any color, get them. You won't be sorry. The other fun fact is that this is the only frame I've seen with Pink Earsocks and a Pink Nosepiece, if your into that sort of thing...

Frame: Splatter Pink - never worn
Lens:Blue Iridum Heater

I have the frame that was never worn but the lenses that are in them were worn. I think they are the sickest paintscheme Oakley ever did. They are very bright also. I just take them out of the bag ever now and then just to look at them. Truely a piece of Oakley history.
The M-Frame is probably my favorite style. I have like 6 pair of Gen 1's.

Frame: grey/blue, pink, yellow
Lens: black iridium
look and feel awesome to wear-very very hard to get hold of, well in the uk anyway!
so unique and even more appealling now due to their rarity

Frame: Splatter Yellow
Lens: Blue Iridium Hybrid (old Hybrid)

Incredible looking color combo. The splatter paint is professionally done. Back in the day these Oakleys topped the charts with a hefty $180 pricetag. Today they are priceless - if you can find a pair in great condition, especially with tight hinges.

Frame:Splatter yellow
Lens:Persimmon

So So purty, i never thought id get these but now i have all 4.

This is definately the most vibrant of the 4 with the bright yellow/Green splatters of the frame.
Same comments as before about comfort ect.
Man do these look great in a collection.

Frame:Splatter Grey
Lens:Blue Iridium

Wow, these looks alot better in person, they can look a bit dull on the website image, and grey splatter doest sound much fun compared to yellow and pink ect, these are an awesome addition to my splatter collection and pair number 3 for me, now just to find the yellow version.
only get a score of 2 because its on M-frames which i hate.

Frame:Splatter Purple

Frame: Splatter Grey
Lens: Blue Iridium

I actually used to own a pair of these way back in the day and I'm still highly depressed that I lost them. They looked spectacular, too. Ugh.

Frame: pink, purple, gray,
Lens: Ice

The frame colors available were pink, purple, gray, and yellow
I have only seen Ice for the lens choice.
Interesting but too fragile and hand painted over a white (pink, purple), black (gray), or yellow frame. really cool colors up close.

Frame:Splatter Pink
Lens:Grey

I hate M-Frames but i got these Mumbos for two reasons.
1. to complete my old oakley collection
2. cos they are a crazy colour

very cool frame colour i think the best of the 3 splatter colours.
look too silly to wear though and very uncomfortable so probably just best sitting in your collection.
