That was a good box, with the holes and the coin. Although for something like an X-Metal expectations are in the sky. The foaming on the inside offers perfect protection. All in all a very decent box.

I never thought I would review a box. Considering the price and mystique that surround these shades, the box better be damn nice. In this case, it is a suitable box for such a pair. The "dual" liner design, including the all too famous coin, make it very unique. The interior of the box works out well for the shape of the sunglasses...keeping them snug at all times.

High end box lined with foam to protect your glasses. They would be even better protected though if Oakley included a case with its X-metals (wink, wink, nudge, nudge). Design is very nice with the use of a large X-metal coin instead of just putting a picture on the box. It can be a bit tricky to get the coin out without ripping the box so be careful! For the ultimate go for the early ones with the label that have a drawing of the juliet on it.

Marketing experts have been quoted as stating, "you don't sell the steak, you sell the sizzle". Oakley marketing went all-out on this premise when designing the Juliet box. Aesthetically, the box is amazing, with equidistant holes punched through the outer sleeve. The window displaying the included X-Metal coin is even more impressive, and the inclusion of a cut-out foam insert to protect your investment (the X-Metals) represents the "icing on the cake". An oustanding achievement for an outstanding pair of sunglasses, the most appropriate phrase to describe this box would be "OUT OF THIS WORLD."

Juliet boxes are the coolest boxes ever... they have a dirt look but at the sametime they look sofisticated too... And if you have any oakley that is signatured... the OAKLEY logo with the words "Limited Edition" makes all the difference :)

the ichiro pic on the box on the ichiro model makes it look very highend being that its a player model

love the juliet box but when i got mine the coin area was ripped.... doesnt taht suck? luckly the coin was still there!

well people , the box for me is i would not say nothing special it is nice for me it is up to the standard of the Oakley team but i give a 5*****

What can you really say about a box? I didn't save my boxes early on and eventhough I don't regret it, it would have been nice to have kept them all. The Juliet box remains the same since its launch in 1998, but the box label has changed. Earlier labels had pictures of the color combination.
