When Oakley is prototyping, they design a model in a 3-D software package and have it sent to the stereolith machine. Using lasers, a resin costing hundreds per liter is then solidified into the final tangible piece. These Bob heads are examples, but all of the glasses are tested in this manner.

Just how sick does it get? Imagine that which is unimaginable. Picture an otherworldly being visiting from another dimension. Then, and only then will you be able to accept the forms that have been set forth before you. Quite simply: creativity at its finest.

What the hell would that last one be good for? I can definitely see how it influenced the Medusa design but why would it have a chinstrap & nose/mouth section? Fun with design I guess

This reminds me of the huge robot in "Judge Dredd"

These all look very cool, but I'm glad they settled on the one they did because nothing tops the Bob we all know and love.
