That really does suck Connor. Takes a bit of the exclusivity out of owning a Ruby Juliet IMO..

I saw a portly gent wearing a Ruby Mars a few years back, that's the rarest I've seen anyone around here wearing.

Ok, I just released the lens from their captivity, and something weird happened. Can someone please tell me if what is going on in the following pic is normal? I've replaced the lens on almost 10 Juliets, and the frame was never this out of whack.. Should I send the entire frame in again??

I just talked with Dina Virtez, a ORD manager. She's sending out a pre-paid box and allowed an exchange on the lens. Hopefully this won't take a month like usual...

The frame was actually perfect this time around Todd (FINALLY!).

I'm hoping I can swap the lens out for a new set without sending the frame in, we'll find out tomorrow.

That's another thing that grinds my gears Justin, I've paid almost $20 in shipping so far. Plus, each time I ship them out it takes almost 3 weeks to get them back. They need to have some sort of expedited return service...

I love Oakley, and don't mean to post this in spite, but their return service & quality used to be so much better.

Sorry, hit enter a bit too soon. Anyone know if Oakley will do anything about this? I don't have any proof that the lens were not scratched prior to shipping :(

Also, I shipped them out in a cleaning bag. No bag was returned..

Well I just received my third pair of Ruby Juliets from Oakley's repair dept. The first (new) pair I got had a stripped out screw, the second pair had an EXTREMELY loose flex coupler, and now the third pair has scratches on both lens. When I shipped them out, they were completely scratch free, having only been worn for 15min. This sucks :( Going to call them tomorrow after work and complain. WTF is going on over there???

Yep, common problem these days. I got a Ruby Juliet direct from Oakley, and the screw in one orbital actually popped out the first time I wore them. They got sent back, and the pair I received as replacement had problems also. Hopefully the third pair is decent..
