You will have to remove the allen screws. 1/3 of it is a crew the other 2/3s is a bolt. just loosen the screw and pull it out.

If you want something that will sound good under 100$ get the Klipsch S4! If you have 300$ to spare get the Westone 3. I have a triplefi and the westone 3s blow them away.

JH is also something you might want to check out.

Westone = Old Shure
JH = New Ultimate ears

It may be just me but the new X metal cases seem to bend easier than the old ones. It has a different angle on the hinge part of the case.

Great work on the Jawbone lenses! Im planning to get a plasma X-squared to get the TIO2 =P

The xmetal case that came with my x-squared was another thing caught my attention. It was not built as how the old X metal cases were built. Then I found a small sticker that said "Made in China"... just explains everything. =(

the second picture is edited lol! I forgot to edit the shadow. I just wanted to make a friend jealous!

The ruby in my X-squared does have more red than yellow and have some purple in the middle. Im content cause it doesnt look like fire.

Im hoping to score those dark rubies on an x-squared or maybe just cut some +reds from an mframe lens.

Allen.. it was quite stiff at first cause it had locktight.

A bit tricky to put back in since you have to push them in hard against the rubbers.
