Soo I was at work today and a younger guy came in with a set of Black Splice with Emerald lens. Was talking to him briefly he wanted a new set and I wanted his Splice. Before you know it I bought them off him for $95, and he bought a new set of shades. Awsome condition, I immdeiatley took them all apart and cleaned them head to toe, pretty amped up about the deal. Only defect, the "k" in Oakley is a little washed off

I don't follow to many threads lately; been pretty busy. But when I have come home from working at my O store the past couple of days, it's great to sit here and read about how much fun u guys, and girls, are having out there. Honestly Oakley is standing by Oakley as they take care of the lucky people that have stood by Oakley all these years.

I was pretty stoked about this so I figured I would post it up . Back in 2006 I got deployed to Afghanistan and was issued SI m-frames. Being issued those m-frames saved my life in many ways. Not to mention I seen a buddy of mine almost lose his life if he didn't have them. By me going through that experiance it really turned me on to oakley. When i got home i used them for all sorts of things. I lost them out of the blue one day.. Well long story short. I was looking for them for a long time, found the case and clear lens just not them. finally last night my girl was looking for a screwdriver, in a box., and bam she yells" hey baby, I found your m-frames"

What a great girl she knew the name of my shades.

Had to take them to my store and give them a earsock and lens makeover today =) talk about a great find

got some new stuff in today, thought you all would get a laugh. i just dont think the color gives me any justice lol hahah

So I figured today was a good day to start a topic.lol. To all of u that don't work for Oakley. I was wondering if Oakley came to you and offered you a job to work for them, for less than what u were making now, but with really good benefits(i.e discounts,medical 401k etc) would you follow your passion for Oakley? Or would you stay with your current job?

Thank all. yea chip's sig is rather long so he signed it on the ear steam. but it was after that that bevilacqua and i noticed something diffrent in our foose's if you check out our pictures of our shades, u can see that on my rightstem( the one that isnt signed) on the inside it p-32. on bevilaquas it says FOOSE. and on my left ear stem it says FOOSE, his says P-32, odd. we looked them quick then really looked at them didnt notice anything else

just thought I would share a awsome experiance with you all. My best friend (Bevilacqua) and I went up to the "world of wheels show" this past weekend, to try and get out Foose Gascans signed by Chip. Well after getting there 30 min earlier than what we anticipated, and seeing that chip was already signing, we didnt know if we were gonna be able to get an autograph. so we waited somewhat patiently and then, about 2 hrs later his bodyguard came down from the stage and was telling everyone that Chip was gonna get something to eat and didn't know if he was going to go back to signing after that. So i was pretty mad forwaiting that long and thinking that im not gonna get his autography. so Bevilacqua and I split up, he stood on one end of the stage i stood on the other. we knew he was coming down to eat. finally he came down and was mobbed by people, i waited patiently for him to walk my way were bevilacqua was near by. Chip started walking away, so i yelled" chip can you sign these" and stuck out my Foose Gascans. Sure enough .....his agent sticks his mouth and says" sorry guys there have been people waiting for 4 hrs to get an autograph", then Chip looked at the glasses ( in which i notice he was wearing a leather Minute machine) and told his agent " hold on these are my glasses, i designed them" and sure enough we got his autograph, due to great team work lol

Well my first of 09 was a belt and Factory embroidered cap not complicated. Although I will be going to the Dew tour this week, and will def be picking up a pair of Crowbars or A Frames, to bring with me up to Mt Snow this week
