It would be sick if they did a shop near me. Too bad that Utah is so backwater that we don't really have awesome shops. I even called a few bike shops near me, and they had no idea there was a chrome Radar. They all sell Smiths...

So which lens are you hooked on? I'm pretty well glued to Violent Irridium myself. Which of the 3 are you favoring?

Im hooked on the emerald lense.
Wish I could change the jaw to green as well as Cavendish.
Went down to the O store to see if they would sell me green jaws but no luck. I have to buy the whole frame!

I hear ya! I have the Emerald in a pair of retna burn frames. Looks like a John Deere nitemare. Def a sweet lens though!

Violent Irridium rocks! Been using those way more than the other 2.

Think they mean Jade. I'm loving Jade. I have a set of Jades on my white Radars. I'm loving the Violet - they're an amazing lens!

The +Red looks pretty sweet with the silver. They'd go well in the polished alumnium Radar's. - Incidently they're the same colour frames as the 'Chrome'.

Have you put the 2 side by side? Close but not really the same. The chrome def stands out over the polished.

Yeah, I had a good look in bright light. They look very similar (Well the pair I have anyway).

So they had one in my town and I live about 40 minutes away. I got in my car and started driving, calling the shop every 5 minutes to see if there was a winner. When I'm about 15 minutes away they say they have a winner. Doh!

Now the kicker, today I see the chrome radars for sale on my local craigslist website and I'm 99% sure its the guy that won them. LAME! Reminds me of a certain ebay seller...
