I just watched this snowboard documentary We ride.

Very interesting history about how snowboarding came to be and lots of vintage oakley sightings.

Went to go see 22 Jump Street yesterday with the wife and was surprised to see quite a bit of O placement in the movie. In the football stadium OAKLEY banners are on the walls and either Kitchen Sink or Bathroom Sink backpacks are featured. I've never owned either so I'm not certain which is which. Funny movie but not as good as the first. IMO.

My understanding is Caps boots are a heavily modified Oakley Assault Boot.

In The Avengers they were definitely Oakley boots. They used a different pair in Cap:TWS. I couldn't tell 100% if they are Oakley boots or not. There's a great closeup shot during the elevator scene of the boot's sole, but I haven't gone back to check it.

The first pic is the boot from the first Avengers movie a couple years ago, and that was based on the Oakley SI Assault boot. I had some pics on that years back but forgot where I had posted it.

The second pic is from next years' Avengers 2 and the boot is likely based on the 8" Magnum Mach 1:

Wow, lol. M-andango's

A few weeks ago, our local walmart had the sprinklers trip due to a prank. We were asking one of the outside contracted cleaners about the clean up and I noticed she had this pair on in burgandy/hi yellow. :)

It was so unmemorable, I don't even remember the name. Grabbed a torrent, skimmed through it and then decided it wasn't worth the time investment.

That's a pretty pathetic budget if they couldn't even afford an M Frame as a prop.
