The best and safest way, would be to bring it to a place where they repair watches and such, should cost you under 10$.

They push out from one side, but there are sleeves on the pins, or at least in the one I had taken apart there were, so be careful not to loose them. I suggest pushing them out with a pick or similar tool inside of a plastic freezer bag so you can catch anything that comes out.

There are arrows on the inside that designate which way to push them out too.

Those pins with the sleeves are a bitch to remove. My Omega Planet Ocean has the same sort of pins and even pin removal tools have difficulty pushing them out. It's best to take it to a jeweller who has a special punch to get them out.

No special punch needed. Any watch tool should be able to push the pin out.

i ended up doing it myself, couldnt wait to get time to take it in, i used a tiny screwdriver to push them and they came right out. took less than 5 minutes to remove 3 links and put it back together.
