Has ANYONE seen/heard about these new Gascans from FOOSE Designs?

I heard it has 28" rims! and they spin too....

I have seen the promo materials in the lobby at HQ. They have the Foose P32 hotrod on display and they had a cube with a promo card, but no eyewear. I did hear though, that the boxes are all stacked up and on display now, so they should hit soon...

Yea dude, I actually saw it today.
Its a crazy cool design. Heres what it looks like, (I didnt take pictures because I dont know if they would allow it or not, since its not out yet). The frame color is silver with light light black lines going across the frame. What really makes these frames awesome is the inside of the frame is military green. So outside of frame is silver, and the inside is green. Then the left lense on the lower corner has FOOSE's signature. The "O" color is a light orange. Then the microfiber bag is green as well. I forgot what the bag said, but it was something like: "B-32, USE THIS BAG TO PROTECT YOUR DEVICE." Something like that. And the box has the car design drawn on it, from where the got the design of the glasses.

All in all, im REALLY excited about these glasses. The desing of these gascans are just freakin amazing. I asked the worker when they should come out, and he said by the end of this month.

here is the basis of things...The P32 "32 Highboy Ford with a Lincoln V12 Flathead engine!! It is in the lobby (or at least it was last weekend)...I didn't have my camera with me or I would have taken actual photos there..

Thanks for the info Danny. From your description this sounds like another awesome artist series from the "O". Like Danny mentioned, the glasses are designed in much the same vein as the car Josh posted pics of which makes this a truly unique pair in my eyes. Who gives a flying damn about the price at this point - let's celebrate another ground breaking alliance between Oakely and the best friggin car guy in the world! I have been pumped about this pair for a while now and I am very pleased by all this news.

Easier to order once they are released too. Read Danny's post, he clearly states he was told they would be released at the end of this month.

More than likely, they will run about $160.00 or right along those lines.

Definitely sounds like another 'must have' Gascan. Any word on release restrictions? Like o-store only, Bloc dealers, or maybe Washington State only <insert evil laugh here>?

Hey no problem guys, always happy to lend info out. I didnt want to keep it to myself, how wrong would that be? As far as price, I asked the guy from the lobby store, and he said he had no clue. They might still be keeping that secret. AND for the sku: Next to the glasses they had 3 boxes inside the case, next to the glasses, BUT they side of the box where they keep the skus was facing down on all 3, making it impossible for me to read it. Believe me, I tried looking.

But seriously, at this point, who cares what the price is. Im willing to pay hundreds for this pair.

And actually, this is the EXACT same signature that will go on the bottom left lense of the glasses:

I dunno, might be just right with everything else going on (grey/green frame, sig lens, light black lines, and an orange Icon - don't want to overdo it).

I saw them at HQ yesterday and the hotrod is still in the lobby. I didn't have my camera either but they are pretty nice. Box and bag are sweet!!!! The bag says P-32 after WWII fighter I believe. Theme behind the hotrod is that some pilot came home from the war and wanted to have the feeling of flying his plane. That is why it has the prop. nose cone and the wind screen rivited/bolted on. There are other hints of the aircraft design in the interior as well. That is what the write up said next to the car...

I am down with the whole Foose thing, but I am not sure if this one car really captures his style, seems some what subdued for him, IMHO
Now, if this is just the start of an entire Foose line of O, well that's a street rod of a different color...:)

A whole line of FOOSE would be pretty sweet. The gascans are projected to launch December and the current price is US $160
