So here's the deal, I really want a lens for my half jackets that is pink or fuschia, preferably iridium as well. Are there any out there? If not, could I get lenses like these for any other models? I know of the pink iridium with the monster pups, but are there any others which the pink color appears brighter and more mirrored? Thanks for your help!

Your only option I would think is G30. Maybe VR28 Black. But there is no "Pink" in terms of Pink Ir or Pink Black Ir available for that style.

I did look at the G30, but just how mirrored is it? It's tough to tell from photos, and I don't have access to an Oakley dealer or store.

The one pic'd is labeled G30 Black, meaning a pinkish base with Black Ir on it. Same as VR28 Black, a vermillion base with Black Ir. Regular G30 has a blue/purple tint to the Ir coating. Personally I find G30 to let more light in than VR28 Black and you can see your eyes through G30.

Try "Collections" and the "Gallery" for actual photos and not Oakley corrected photos to get a better idea.

None of the pink colors are really that mirrored. If you are trying to hide your eyes you won't have much luck with anything pink in my experience.

Here is pink iridium on goggles:

and as far as I know they're have the most mirror effect, but of course you'd have to do a chop job to get them to work for half jackets.

I don't think a goggle lens could be cut clean enough to use for HJs.

Here's an example of G30 on.

Goggle lenses are thicker, so I doubt you'd get them in even if they were cut perfectly.

Not pink but in the same family colorwise I suppose, factory made, not "home grown", purchased thru an OPD thru a friend on this forum.

Well, they aren't that ugly. If you want to get rid of your pair, I wouldn't mind helping you ;).

In the Oakley pics G30 always looks rather pink. In reality though they are only slightly pink when you hold them up to the light. Against a background (i.e. someone's face) they simply look brown. (see Phil's picture).
It's a great lens to look through, it makes everything more vibrant, especially in medium light. But if you're going to buy it believing it will be pink you're going to be disappointed.

Hey Luke,

Maybe try a HI Persimmon. Its not pink per se, but the coating makes it look pink in certain angles of light.
