Well it's Friday again... Here I am hammered but at least made it home safe from the pub. My wife met me there tonight - that is always a bonus.

I am trying to be wise in my stupor and keep my comments here so... my drunk rant tonight will be quick...

I'm very excited and thrilled about the new releases and cannot wait to get my hands on the new Inmates... (Ooooh - sounds dirty)


Other than that I'm glad you guys have had fun with the "Fun Experiment" thread - I kinda figured it might die fairly quick.

Great to see everyone having fun with it - it's a hoot and has actually made me laugh out loud more than once. If you haven't contributed yet - jump in! It's all for fun and always hilarious at the different places people will take it.

Ok so I was watching this show called "Three Sheets" on HDNet about this guy that goes all over the world trying preferred alcohol in different countries... (What a job - Global Drunk!).

Anyway, he was in Hong Kong and they were drinking Whiskey and Green Tea... He seemed to think it was really good so I'm gonna give it a try tonight. Has anyone else ever tried it?

I'll be mixing Lipton's Green Tea and Makers Mark. They never mentioned what type of whiskey they were using.


Update: Bleah... This is crap = WTF are they thinking? It tastes like whiskey with green tea in it... 2 thumbs down... There is no blend of taste at all.

I love that idea. Trying brews and concoctions form around the world. Next time we drink online we share preferences and new ideas, maybe give marks too. And get "three sheets to the wind" ourselves. I'm loving the idea now, but I am drunk.

That's a bit harsh.

One drink I made the other day that was pretty good:

-coconut Rum
-Pineapple Juice
-little bit of whiskey
-crush raspberries in the mix
-cubes of ice

The sweet of the coconut and pineapple juice goes well with the bitter taste of the whiskey and the raspberries.

Take out the whiskey for a sweeter version.

Glad to see the BM thing ended... But the passion we have as a group for what we collect is pretty damn cool. My laptop is jacked - brand fooking new but jacked... I can't log into Vista at all - totally pissing me off. Using my work laptop now.

I could take it back to BB but they will just charge me $200 plus and reinstall the OS... Seems to be their answer for everything.... What a rip.

On a better note - You guys gotta check out the Inmate. Holy hell man - what a cool pair of shades. I haven't taken mine off since I got them Monday and it's been overcast all week. These things rock!

Dude, we don't drink at home, I was drinking ALL day on Friday, but I was at the beach. Blame my work, they sponsored the event at the beach and not in the office near a computer.

Yay for working before the liquor stores closed on a saturday! My bank will hate me but I finally restocked an empty liquor cab and got to get the ingredients for my all time fav drink!!

Bailies Irish Cream
Sambucca
Blue Curacao
Khalua

Use a margarita glass that has the bulb at the bottom and large flare at the top, put a shot of Khalua in the bottom, float a shot of Sambucca on top of that. Get one shot of blue curacao in one hand (in a shot glass works well) and on shot of bailies irish cream in the other. Light it on fire, grab a staw and start drinking, once you get the sambucca on fire to the bottom of the glass pour in both other shots to douse the flames and give it a nice creamy cold finish.

Its called a Flaming Blue Lamborghini since its Blue, On fire and gets you trashed quicker than a lamborghini on the highway.

Im on #2 tonight with 2 shots of goldschlager, so 10 shots down....where's my feet....

I got home two and a half hours ago, somewhat the worse for wear. Tired and emotional would be a good phrase for how I was. Like a sensible boy, I went straight to sleep. Two hours later I was woken up by the sound of one of my cats trying to get into the wardrobe. This afternoon I catproofed the wardrobe (i.e. used duct tape in an imaginative way to hold the door closed), so I was pleased it had worked but pissed off I'd been woken up by the noise of one of my three cats trying to get into it. After much shouting I finally shut up and heard a rather pathetic miaowing coming from the wardrobe: one of my cats had been in there when I taped it shut (11+ hours ago).

Right now I feel absolutely terrible. Luckily the Gitmoed cat seems to have forgiven me (she's sitting on my lap and purring very loudly) and immediately after being let out she ran to her litter tray and strained out perhaps the most pungent turd I've ever had to deal with, so it seems to be all good (apart from two of my ties, which are completely shredded). I've had to had three stiff drinks to calm my nerves.

Thank god I'm a***holed: I'm going to feel terrible in the morning and for more reasons than one.

That's funny Harry. Cat's are resilient and forgive pretty easily. It comes along with their curious nature.

Best Memorial weekend I've ever had. My friends threw a housewarming party with a "Rags to Riches" theme since they all used to live in ghetto apartments and cottages and are now renting a 1 million dollar home which is sick. I haven't been that wasted in a long time, the cops were only called once and I had my first beer pong experience, I'll need to construct my own once we have our place. I spent a third of the night on the floor, another third wandering around aimlessly pouring myself more drinks and the last third between spanking a gay man's ass (he had the most perfect ass I've ever seen I couldn't help it) and poking a girl in the boob. In the morning I smelled of rotting pineapple from a drink that one of my girls spilled in my hair. At the very least I drank an entire bottle of vodka, a couple beers, half a bottle of wine, and some random mixed beverages that were thrust at me. Brilliant weekend my friends!

In my culture we refer to that contraption you spoke of as a beer "bong". Beer "pong" requires a little wooden paddle iirc. Not that small details like that matter when you have rotting pineapple juice in your hair.
