I thought i would start this thread for those who have a custom laser etched piece of eyewear, since i know of Dann, Rick, and Cferr to have one, they could post it here for all to see, and for everybody else who also have custom laser etched oakleys

so as i have ; abrand new X METAL JULIET ICE with AMERICAN IMAGE etched onto it ;

For the OCE program it's an extra $20. Max of 15 all caps characters. I believe jumpman has a custom pair too.

Darn, I guess I should have snapped some pics. I ordered a couple O Custom eyewear for a wedding gift a couple weeks back. It was a Brown Smoke/Dark Bronze Five 3.0 for her and a Carbon Fiber / Ti Polarized HJ for him. Etched with their initials and wedding date.

Turned out pretty well, I thought. And I'm secretly hoping they don't like them and give them back to me.

i want mine o static style, i hope i can do one, i now informed i can have lenses cut here. so now i need a couple of frames and m frame lenses.

you can do it on any oce pair as far as I know..

I don't think the Juliets are on the OCE.

i checked there isnt a button to push to do etching

Exactly why my confusion. The Juliets aren't OCE, and last I heard, you can't get replacement lenses for X Metals without sending them in. So can you send in an X Metal for new lenses and request etching?

Fred may be using his OPD status to do special things though. I know I would. I've been wondering if its possible to order etched lenses without a frame.

I inquired about ordering just lenses with etching and they said no, its only available with OCE orders. Its kind of like a bonus on top of your customized pair.
