Hey guys, I'm lookin at maybe getting some Oakley shoes off ebay but im not sure how big they run in comparison to other brands. I have a fairly wide, pretty flat foot...New Balance is usually comfortable to me while Nikes are usually too narrow and uncomfortable. If I wear a 12 in New Balance, would a 12 Oakley work for me, or do they run different? Thanks guys.

I think they run a tad big, but not anything too much. Like, not enough to change sizes.

Also, for the width, I think theyre not too narrow like Nikes are

Good luck, and maybe show us what you're getting, Im interested.

the SI boots and shoes run small. I would say about a size smaller. I normally wear an 11, but with the SI I have to go to a 12.

I normally wear a sz 9, and the Oakley 9's are good for me.

I've got wide feet, the pairs I have are good in fit. :)

It sounds like your feet are kinda similar to mine. I wear 12 in everything except in Oakley shoes I need a 12.5 to be comfortable.

they are mostly over-padded, or at least the lifestyle line is. some of the newer lo-pro styles might not be.

depends on the style, for me they run from true to size (SILK, Humidor, Crank, Casing) to a half size smaller (SI Assault boots, Thirteen Twenty, Sequel).

They run fast & straight!
The older shoes (Flesh, Arrowhead, pit) run large for me. A 1/2 size at least, close to a full size. But my SILK's, Smoke sandals & Coil Overs run dead on. Hope this helps

I have the opposite problem - this has been a constant discussion....all my old Flesh (8 pair) and SI (4) run true...but my silks (2 pair) run a half size too small as do my Humidors....

Best advice - try them on before you buy them! Even if you try them on and then go home and buy'em off ebay....

Can you feel the retail employed members faces turning red?

I find the SI assault shoes inconsistent. It seems the sizing on the snow camo is true but the black camo and black run a bit small and they are all the same size.

I just bought a pair of Silk's online and found that they run a 1/2 size small (at least for me). I usually wear nike/adidas, etc. I am returning them and buying the right size from another website that has them a little cheaper.

sorry, I said small--I meant they run a 1/2 size BIG! Sorry for the typo.

Mine tend to run only when they have feet in them....
