I found a pair of the Chrome/ VR28 Spikes that I love (bling bling) but I am not a fan of the VR28 lens color. I think that the Grey would look better. Do you think I could just swap them out? Thanks!

I am not a fan of the VR28 lens color.
Neither am I.. I would prefer Black iridium with high reflective tint for that kinda frame.. Maybe u could send them in to Oakley and get them changed?? Am not sure about this though...

I'm sure you could, but you may "soften" (I couldn;t think of a better word) the edges of the lens when you sawp them since it would be a more forceful removal.

Or you could wait for the BTO/OCP/OCE (whatever it will be called) Spike and build your own.

dont have a pair in front of me right now but look for a small screw on the orbital that could help make the lens switch easier. we have not gotten any special instructions at the o-stores yet and we are supposed to get the ocp spikes soon.

Spikes have no screws. It's soild orbital like o-matter frames. Hence the harder to remove lens that may wear away the lens edges since the frame doesn't loosen or flex.

You just need to suck it up, pop it out and then pop the new one in.
