Absolutely speechless right now and all I can say is thank you to Jim and everyone here on the forum, this is the best board on the net and I'm proud to be a member here.

On a side note I picked 30 because my birthday is November 30th, my wife's birthday is October 30th, our anniversary is August 30th, and we closed on our first house together on February 30th. I guess my lucky number paid off. Sorry for rambling guys, I'm a little shellshocked right now...

It was the 30th of some month at the first of the year, January maybe, but it's been a couple of years now and I'm getting old, so the memory is starting to fail me...
