I am testing also the Radar Pace and i think is quite addictive when you get used to!
I think that the share button need to change asap on the app so to be more friendly with socials, but i think that will upgraded it soon!

The only disadvantage for me is that you need your mobile phone on trainings and if you have a big one you are doomed .

It is a good start

The CyclingTips JBr, I think most of us bought it for the stand. The stand is basically a bike's crankset with an Oakley sticker applied to it and with a piece to mount the glasses on. Nothing complicated.

Radar Pace w/ iPhone 6 iOS 10.1 ...the problem with the Bluetooth is still NOT fixed.

2 Permanent Failures in one morning... 1st one 3mi in the ride, 2nd one towards the end on the ride (just after 32mi); the last 10mi ride was after the 2nd failure. Re-connectivity between Radar Pace & the App required a reboot on my iPhone; even though music was still playing over the Bluetooth connection. Pace did loose connectivity with the iPhone several times during the ride, but was able to reestablish the connection.

But the worst part of all this, was when Radar Pace told me the battery was at 1%, and was shutting down; this after being at 67% 5min prior. I plugged in Pace once I made it home, and the battery reported at 59%; it would not even power on until it was plugged in and charging.

Oakley needs to get these issues addressed and open up a Support Forum to update the community... offer a place to submit support issues and get updates on issues like this.

Do you have access to an Android device to test if it's more on the OS of Apple or equally on Oakley as well for the current issues? Thanks for the updates.

I do not, but I have heard from someone that does have Android, and they are not having the Bluetooth issues like I am experiencing with iOS. Welcome!

Phew!!!...Just updated the DB with all the R4 stuff I could find ;)

There's also a few other SKUs with colorways I found to a new sport specific frame, a new mens wire with a Matte Black/+Red colorway, a Retina Burn/Prizm Road collection (sorry peeps that bought the CyclingTips Jawbreaker) and a couple new Frogskin collections like a Matte Red Woodgrain/Sapphire Iridium, Matte Blue Wood Grain/Torch Iridium and I'm assuming a Matte Clear iteration of the Polished Clear/Torch, Jade, Sapphire they have now...as well as a bunch of frame with the new PRIZM Sapphire, Black and Tungsten Iridium :)

Another lense shape for the EVZero 😎

Also, just noticed it mentioned the lense height is 56mm and that's .8mm taller than the Range!

Good find! Holbrook Metal looks interesting, but it does look like stamped metal. though likely necessary for the weight ratio, stamped will detract from it, IMO.

It was mentioned somewhere, but basically this is the start of the Prizm overhaul. The sport/performance lenses have been pretty much specific to their activity, and restricting in iridium choice, but the Lifestyle lineup is going to be moving over to a new Prizm Universal (think the base to Prizm Daily). Black with the new Prizm base vs Grey is starting this Fall, but others will follow in R1/R2 like Torch, Jade, Sapphire.

We've also seen this sort of on the Goggle lineup. Traditionally Goggle tints would swap out VR28 for grey, so Black Iridium (Snow) would have a contrast base. Now they have Prizm Rose plus any Iridium in that same Black/Torch/Jade/Sapphire configuration.

The new Universal Prizm base is more of a gray with a slight green mix as aposed to the gray rose of Prizm daily.

Tried it on last week, and it's really even less contrast than Warm Grey.

LESS CONTRAST THAN WARM GREY!!! what is this madness?
why did they need to change prizm daily? it was awesome! I thought they just wanted to change all lenses to prizm so why change existing prizm?

No, Prizm Daily is the same, but the new Prizm Universal on the Prizm Black/Sapphire isn't really noticeable. Not sure what Prizm Tungsten will be.

This Prizm Universal may just be a darker version of the Prizm Daily, which might account for the unexpected green hue (like when comparing Grey with Dark Grey).

The lack of clarity could be due to the absence of the polarized filter. I find polarization enables the true contrast potential of bases like VR28, G30, G40 to be fully realized. This might be the case here with Prizm Universal. It might be regarded as a step down after getting used to the Prizm Daily.
