Heres what I have been told about the GasCan - Grape (not Crystal, and not Merlot)
Its an OPD exclusive that is sent to those stores first, before beiing available to O stores, and others.
The 2nd thing is that they are also ONLY going out to those OPDs that are surf related. This info is straight from the horses mouth over at Oakley.

I haven;t been told that they aren't a Crystal frame and I have been told that the Grape is so dark it looks Black.

It's the same SKU as the original listing as Crystal Merlot.

Should be. I'm sure it's still a Crystal but just that dark of a purple that it looks like it can be black.
