Anyone seen the trailer for TRANSFORMERS the movie? Looks really kewl!

Review on:
We went to see Talladega Nights Friday night and to my surprise it was very funny, their was a few crude scenes which were very silly but overall it was a good night at the show. My wife and youngest daughter was steering me into the Devil wore Prada line but to my relief it had already started. So, if you like Will go see this show, the hot blond isn't to terribly hard to look at either...;)

I am certainly looking forward to "Fantastic Four and the Silver Surfer" out in 2007.

Shooting starts sometime this month,and it will also be interesting to see how they portrey the 30 foot tall "devourer of worlds" known as Galactus.

heres some updates from director Tim Storey copied from his blog;

I went and saw Miami Vice yesterday. It wasn't as good as I thought it would be, but Michael Mann does violence and gun play perfectly.

Most importantly, during the pre show entertainment (read; ads) they showed three Oakley ads, slides. Not together, they showed one then, a few ads then another; more ads then the last one. First was Oil Drum, second was an upside down back to front Spike and then the third was Oil Drum again. It was the minimalist, black background ads. I was quite stoked. My friend I was with who knew I love Oakleys also said something.

My Latest Purchase on dvd.
Lord Of War.
its a really good film and anyone not seen it yet, i urge you to get or watch it as its a very good film, it has Nicolas Cage init and other people,
Its about an Arms Dealer and his life and is based on true story..not really violent,but makes you think about the arms dealing trade.
the Best bit is the ending and how it ends..(not what i was expecting)
Has been added as 1 of my all time favorite films.

Saw Snakes on a plane last night with Oak, cool movie, and a lot of fun, Samuel Jackson was to p notch as usual.

I think they did a good job, the movie does not take itself too seriously but its not a dumb one either, action/comedy 50-50 I would say.

I have not see it yet Fred, and from what I heard, its only Miami Vice in the title, and its one black, one white cop.

Basically they got the name to make more money for the movie and thats it. Will try to go see it at some point, should be ok.

I bought Heat special 10th anniversary with Val Kilmer, Pacino,DeNiro thats one good movie !

yep team america is a cool film..
Just watched Jarhead..which is a good film/dvd...
and its missing from the films in supplements..
as i noticed that oakley must of got/had a deal to supply the film with tons of Oakleys shades..as nearly everyone of them had a pair on at some point.
back to the film...bloody good, but still not as good as
black hawk down, but still worth buying it (jarhead) if you like ya war films/movies.

Huut..

also watched S.w.a.t which is also missing from the films/movies in the supplements, as a few of them in the film also wear the O brand.
i would write up a review for these films i have said, but it would end up looking like a 5 year old kid had wrote it..or copied and pasted from somewhere else..and that aint really what we want now is it.??
anyway if ya like ya wars movies, 2 films YOU HAVE to GET is.
1 = Black hawk down.
2 = Jarhead.

there are plenty of other great war films i have got and watched a 100 times, but these 2 are the 1s that i know have oakley in them.

I watched a korean movie called "shiri" yesterday.
Is a really good thriller, can only recommend it. One of the best movies asian movie industries ever produced.
And the best, if you watch carefully you´ll recognize fucking lot of oakley stuff^^

I think it's a lock in the screenplay & writing catagories.

I just saw Talledega Nights & it was pretty funny. "Ooh-wee! It's like lookin' up Yasmine Bleeth's skirt!"

Saw The Departed over the weekend. Wow, what a great movie. Acting was superb and the 2.5 hours the movie runs for didn't seem like all that long. It's about an hour longer than the Hong Kong version that it was based off of, which made a big difference. Infernal Affairs was a gripping movie, but The Departed was even more compelling (and violent). I highly recommend it.
