Is it just me or I have noticed some inconsistencies in these bezels?

But comparing the example that our very own Pastor.Elfstrom has versus another member of the other forum, I've noticed that the diamond cuts vary from bezel to bezel.

As you can see, Pastor's bezel has diamonds cut to a more squarish shape and this filling the gaps nicely. The other one has a more round cut and gives it a feel like Oakley is skimping on the diamonds. Perhaps this is the reason why these bezels got discontinued so quick.

What do you guys think?

The pic is small on the lads teo, but all diamonds seem circular to me. The first pic seems the square slot is just painted silver or there reflection from the light rather than the diamond being square in shape.

They are so rare it's hard to get a side by side comparison pictured together. So do you think it is a QC issue or different generations which I highly doubt given it's short lifespan

Not sure. Maybe H01B3RG can provide closeups of his bezel and you can ask for closeups from the other guys, and we can compare.

I’ve seen several other pics of other Diamond Bezels and the all look like Pastor’s and mine.

From my understanding, these Diamond Bezels are even more limited than the Heritage Bezel. They only produced a very limited quantity, and that was it.

That's what I thought. I do prefer the "Fuller" look on both yours and pastor's bezel over the skimped out ones.

Ok, here’s some more info on the Diamond Bezel.

There were 2 different batches/runs on this Bezel. The Diamonds are the same size on both...
-In the first batch the finish of the area around the diamond is silverish giving the illusion of the larger diamond.
-In the second batch the finish of the area around the diamond is black giving the illusion of a smaller diamond.

(Mine is from the first batch.)
