i wonder if they still plan on filming this in Canada like they did before. I know these triplets that played in the movie. The part with the basketball and the guy disappears and reappears. They used triplets to make that scene. Thats if anyone remembers what Im talking about. Its from the X1.

So that's a "maybe" on the new ruby lenses. Which means it still may happen, but now it's in limbo. Correct?

Just heard there may be no new ruby lenses. =( That would explain why is back in the Penny.
Being back in the Penny doesn't mean there will be no new Ruby lenses, or vice versa. No matter what O does for Ruby the lens in the film needs to remain Ruby Quartz and look as it had in the past. Even in movie 2, Oakley wasn't as involved as they were in the first so in this one they may have very, very little involvement. So the easy thing to do, keep Cyke in Pennys.

Phil,

I was not referring to the fact that he is in the penny. I heard from a source no more ruby, just costing to much to make. Only time will tell for sure.

Sorry Def. Yeah, I heard no more Ruby as well. Well, maybe Ruby Plasma. Or maybe Ruby Plasma is just the name they're giving the 3rd gen orangy Ruby since it's no longer Ruby.

Everyone suspects that James Marsden has a pair of Oakley props from the movie, but one actually's been able to confirm it until now. According to Wizard's 2006 Mega Movie Issue, page 110:

"Have you swiped any of the Cyclops glasses or visors?
I have a pair of the glasses and a pair of the visors. They will be putting both of my children through college someday [Laughs]"

Ain't that the truth.
