Should be rolling out along side the Jawbreaker with the Radar update.

I assume lenses will NOT be compatible with the original?

Hard to say. The Half Jacket 2 was compatible, but with any luck, I can grab one and see, since I'm looking forward to that release.

Glossed over this the other day when it was posted, but happen to catch a portion of it in a pre-roll ad. At 0:45 you can see a few of the R2 Sport models like the Flak 2, and Jawbreaker

I'm not liking the redesign. Looks like the tried to blend the Flak Jacket with the Radar and ended up with something that doesn't look as good as either of them did.

I'm reserving judgement until I can try them on in a real life use. Since the Half and Flak are among my favorites, I'd still be interesting in trying them. They don't seem to be too well received from a cosmetic standpoint though.

I wasn't too sure at first based on the stock photos, but I picked up a pair (Asian Fit with the non-XL lenses) and have been wearing them for about a week, and I really like them in terms of both appearance and fit. The design does borrow some features from Radar, but they seem to work well overall. Not as sleek as Flak Jacket or HJ 2.0, but not nearly has bulky as Fast Jacket. The long Unobtainium and very flexible earstems are quite comfortable.

I have 2 pair and I think it's a much improved design. The earstems and the lens shape are better in my opinion. They are light and very comfortable.

They look better in person than in print. I have the Uranium pair and love them (I did replace golf lens w/ black iridium). I am a huge fan of the original Flak but prefer the 2.0 much better. Lighter, better fit, and a little more lens coverage. I like the fact that Oakley has replacement lenses already as opposed to waiting several months as in the past releases. I wasn't crazy about the thick ear socks, but again, not as bad looking in person as on the web-site.

Does anyone know or has anyone tried a good array case for the Flak 2.0's? Will a flak jacket case work or would a radar or M frame case be better? I know the 2.0's are a little bigger then the original Flak Jackets. Any suggestions? Thanks guys

I seem to have amassed more HJ Array cases than I own glasses, so that would be good to know. I hope to pick up a pair since I'm a fan of the Half Frame, but haven't had the chance yet.

it's the same flak jacket array case.

not in my case... I have two pairs of flak 2.0 and the inside of the case is an open cavity... no slots for additional lenses.

sorry, I miss understood the question. I meant if you want an array case they fit in the same one as the flak jacket / half Jacket array case. You are correct the one it comes with is the new sports case without the lens slots.
