I agree. The hatchet, while it almost fits me, is a killer piece I would love to have seen them refine and get right. Poor marketing, price point I think didn't help it, and the fact they didn't really go insane with the colorways.

That was a chromed frame to start. I apply clear on them so they are more durable. This hadn't been done since I was having some recent issues AGAIN with Urethane Clears. Figured out the problem, but still tired of it being so damn sensitive, so the alternate was sought out and there it is. I really like it. No mixing, no headaches (unless I leave my respirator off), and no nonsense. Chrome is a bitch to clear, so I thought I would start with the hardest...It was easy compared to 2k clears, and completely tough

They do have a coating that can work almost as good though. But I don't have the equipment for it. Not yet anyway. Have to weigh the pros and cons, space needed, and so on. I am already expanding into full fledged firearm coating as of next year. I have to get my FFL application in and approved, so once that is done, MORE space in the garage *Cough* ChopShop is going to disappear.

And the Romeo the screws were intended for...Stem screws match as well

And the Jawbone although it is painted with House Of Kolors paints, it is cleared with Cerakote Clear
