Found this while unpacking, and finally finding my Water Jacket. This was a few years back. If you bought a certain amount or got a custom order, depending on the cost you could choose from several tiers. Some were just a case; this one has a DVD and a coupon for a free etching.

Nice, Dann. I have that same packaging - and laugh a bit any time I take a peek at it and realize the free engraving card is long expired. Ah well, I will wait till it is 10 years expired and try to cash it in!

If I remember correctly, it was a commercial bit for the Custom program. A oakley-esque music/video montage, and then also a produced (kinda wonky) commercial bit showing a couple checking out the Custom options online, building a pair, then having it delivered in glorious fashion. I could be totally off, though, in my memory.

Now I have this campy idea in my mind, and I'm probably going to be disappointed.

I remember that video. An australian dude builds a polished black gascan with ice iridium and blue icons. Then his also-australian girlfriend kifes them when they get delivered. I remember thinking that I would punch someone if they hauled off with my glasses, even if they were my girlfriend. I think that makes me a bad person.
