Does anyone know how many X Squared was made? And how many of the different models?

I don't think anyone knows the production run numbers on the XS, other than the 24K pair.

Oak, do you know if any model is more rare than the others?

It would usually be safe to say the higher priced pairs such as the polarized and the Ducati are made in fewer numbers, but hard to say what is rarer on non-numbered mass market items. i would not say anyof the pairs are particularly difficult to find right now. I would also guess the Ducati will be the more difficult one to find NIB in years to come, but the Ruby may be he most in demand.

Production count really only matter.within the first year or so. After that it becomes and issue with how many are being resold by owners. Some things had huge initial runs but are either damaged or held in collections. I wouldn't say most early eye jackets were limited in any way but people call them rare since fewer pop up after a decade and a half.
