Very nice. I should have a few photos of some in a couple weeks. Need to hold off per a request.

Love the Red Bull one though. Here's a few photos from year's past.

Don't think the Sick O/Gladiator or Skull Cup trophies will ever be recasted, but you might get a chance at the others. A well known collector has recasted a number of trophies and will likely be selling a bunch of these replicas sooner or later. Likely to be available are: Jupiter Award, Grenade, 2 versions of the bomb, and the HQ trophy.

In fact, if you see a collection having 4 or even all 5 of the above mentioned trophies together, I can guarantee the majority of them are replicas. Whether anyone will admit they are fakes is another story altogether, but you'll soon get your chance to own one if you want it.

Highly doubt that's a trophy. Seen many fakes of the same Bob head lately (even one with similar paintjob), especially coming out of Thailand. Trophies are the next big fake items.

I sort of get the feeling Oak is trying to discreetly point a finger at me, no need for that as I am transparent with regards to my collection and will flat out tell you that I have a replica Grenade, Large Bomb, custom painted Spike Head and HQ trophy. I traded for them with full knowledge that they are replicas and have not passed them off as legit to anyone, to be honest no one has asked but that would be because the first time they have ever been out of my house or seen by anyone other than me was on Saturday at RED...

I didnt get them for anyone but myslef, so I didnt and dont care that they are replicas and if you are referring to me you are mistaken that they will ever be for sale... Like I said, im transparent and dont even mind if it was me you were referring to... If it wasnt then I guess I just wasted 5 minutes writing this...lol...

FGG: No, not referring to you as the seller. But thank you for being candid and honest.

Thanks, HED.

At any rate, this whole replica trophy thing is working itself out in the background. Everyone's open and honest about it, which was great to see. Consider the matter closed. Back to trophies we go.

Oak: No big thing, glad its working itself out and I do hope to one day replace the replicas with the real thing but only time will tell...

Oh and as long as I am spilling my beans... I made a clone Freeman Transport Jawbone also, I liked the military look that it carries...

Thats it though... Maybe...lol

Is there anyway to tell a FAKE from an original without having them both in your hand at the same time? and then how do you know which is real??

From holding a real vs recast, the real one had bubbles in the material when you held it upside down.

It's the left that's the real one: the paintjob's not completely applied.
