I forgot to ask about the wooden coins below. Anyone know what they're for? They're numbered 1-65 and come in a set of black and red printing. Are they for bingo? A Raffle draw numbers? Line tickets?

Hi,

some time ago I bought a oakley 3D-Coin - see pics below.
Somebody know what coin that is?

I asked around but here in Germany nobody seems to know about it..

On the backsite is written: Oakley Elite - Special Forces - Standard Issue
On front it is called Oakley Elite with the nummer 453.

Would love to know more about that coin... any clue would be perfect!

Thanks!!

Re:Oak
Twenty Fifty
No idea on my end. I was told that it was a giveaway and never for sale, but I've never followed up on where/when it was given out. When I do see them around it's usually in Germany. Add that to the fact that many of us North Americans rarely see it leads me to believe most of them originated there (much like how we're surprised by obscure Japanese releases we've never heard of).

Ive not seen most of these in the UK. Its taken me ages to collect the first 6 big coin Half X,XX, Penny, Romeo, Juliet and Mars if i want a infinate hero one ill have to find a seller in the US who will post oversea (Not many willing to do that) as for the rest of the more rare ones i doubt ill be able to get my hands on them.

quick question, does the romeo 2 have a first gen style coin? What I have is 2nd gen (thicker) coin and was wondering if it ever came with an older style coin thanks!

Not sure if there are ones that say "Romeo 2". The ones that I have all came with the original 1997 Romeo coin.

Has anyone come across any new coins, just out of curiosity? Oakley seemed to be doing quite a few of them for awhile, and then nothing...

Haven't seen anything in a while. Just the non-coins like the badge and bottle opener.

You mean a small wooden coin with a number on one side and logo on the other? I have one from a PK session last year, whoever's number was picked had to answer the question asked to him by our trainer
