Are the US Standard Issue Fan goggles made in the US? (including all the components)
Anyone know if there is an export restriction on these?

Yeah. It's more of a curiosity thing. Found a foreign seller who has a bunch. Just curious if they are "legally" selling these.

are these available to "allied" troops to use?

They are legal to sell. I know of a couple Canadians that have'em.

OK. I know certain things are not legal to sell, just didn't know if this is one of them. I heard through the grapevine that there's AU based ebay seller that has about 100 of them and that piqued my interest.
