I was thinking... I recently purchased a TB II and it is a wonder to behold... however, like me... would you guys be interested in a all Carbon Fiber Timb Bomb II? I would love to have one and am hoping that someone at Oakley is reading and decides to bring this dream to reality. Instead of going with the usual "stealth" model spin on watches... it would be awesome to do a carbon fiber version since it is the Elite line! I would be in on purchasing!!! What do you guys think? I would also love a carbon fiber Pit Boss too! Pricing as follows: TB II-CF =$3500 and a Pit Boss-CF =$1000! If Oakley does make this happen, I'd sH!t myself and wouldn't have money for toilet tissue, cause both will be purchased!!! lol

Not a big fan of time bomb but id love a cf over the top. I think a CF pit boss would be much more than 1k after seeing the c six pricing.

Not sure if a 100% CF TB II would work - the insides, anyway (gears, etc.) would surely have to be materials other than CF.

Would really like a watch that did not require the user to physically cut the band. The simplicity yet uniquness of the Tank band is nothing short of amazing. The TB II band... very, very disappointing since it has to be cut!

Agreed. I'd prefer any modifications that are needed, to be reversible.

I wouldn't expect for the interiors of the watch to be CF, but the individual plates and face... yes! As for the cutting of the band, I think it is a unique aspect of the piece itself. The only thing I'm worried about is if they will continue to produce the band long after the watch is no longer in production. I really love this watch and compared to other watches(rolex, tag, etc.) I'd rather be different than the same. Again CF plates and face, with a black band and "stealth" titanium hands and inner working mechanicals would rock! As for the CF Pit Boss, I don't want the entire frame made of CF... just the titanium plates replaced with CF plates on a polished black frame or Matte Black frame! Or they could possibly make an x-metal pit boss with CF plates!

Although the Pit Bo$$ fit many here, it would still be nice to see a "scaled down" version with more of a "universal fit" (i.e., the size of X Squared). More people could wear 'em and would likely buy 'em! But the idea of a CF Pit Bo$$ does sound interesting.

I fear that a CF Time Bomb II would be a bit more than $3500, my guess would be over $5K if they continue to use the same avenue's for CF production.

For the Pit Boss, on a retail note it would be nice to have something that was more mainstream and could fit more people. I would love to sell many more $600 glasses. BUT as an Oakley fan I say screw anyting mainstream, as long as it comes from the depths of Oakley design its fine with me. As we all have different size heads and prefer different size and shape glasses no one will every be targeted with each and every release. I like the idea of the C6 but it doesn't look good on me and thats that. I won't ever complain that the C6 is anything less than what it is because of it.

Over 5k for the TBII-CF would be too much... material and process should get cheaper, etc. Still we all know the O can overprice things. As for the CF pit boss at say 1k i'd be so interested in! $3500 for the watch in my opinion is a great price, because it's more than the regular TBII but reasonable!

Gotta agree with you that it'd be over $5k. I'd even say it'd be closer to $10k than $5k since milling CF (especially into a watch case) isn't cheap. They'd probably even wish to move away from the bare basic ETA 2824-2 movement used in the TBII and install something upscale to commemorate the achievement. All that adds up.
