So, having never seen a Medusa in person, let alone worn one, I was wondering just how well someone would be able to see out of the goggles...

You can see out of great ... if all you need to do is look straight ahead. I don't imagine they would be advisable for driving.

Def not for riding a motorcycle. Unless maybe you are actually in a Tron game. Even then....

I wore mine whilst riding a motorcycle (before I sold it).

About the same field of view with a cheap full face helmet but a lot more air leaking under the goggles.

The "hair" flipping around gets annoying after a while too.

I wife said it looked cool/strange, but she couldn't get a pic considering she was driving behind me at the time.
