3 words - carbon fiber umbrella. no one else in the world would've thought of that except oakley.
Color: black
expensive for an umbrella but gives good shade/rain coverage and really gets plenty of attention. It is also good on winds
For dating couple looking for an excuse to cuddle together during a heavy downpour, this is NOT the umbrella for you!!! For the rest of us looking to stay high and dry from torrential rains, this is an awesome addition to your accessories list. One thing though, this is not an automatic umbrella whereby you can simply push a button and it opens up. Reminds user of more dated, more traditional mechanics of umbrella technology. Classic.
A bit heavy in the long-run while holding it, but its light for its class/size. Very huge and gets a lot of looks! Rain coverage is awesome since its so damn big. I like the touch of carbon fiber shaft and the grip on the handle is pure oakley! the double canopy design is great for wind-resistance...wont flip inside out with gusts of wind!
I never thought brining an umbrella could ever be cool. Big enough for three. Could withstand winds that would turn average umbrellas inside out. And of course, unmistakable Oakley styling. People never fail to notice it, an it's just a damn umbrella.
One large umbrella - that finally went on sale at the Vault! Amazingly cool handle and stem make this umbrella something very Oakley. Add a couple icons and make the darn thing two sizes too large, and you have a great Oakley rain cover unit.
This thing stood up to Hurricane force winds ( granted it was just a cat 1 but still!) and it was pulling me behind it. It didn't fold out but stood it's ground, best umbrella ever! Plus you can hide from those pesky russian ninja's with it's camo design, a must have.
Was afraid the size would make it difficult to use when windy, but it appears to be very stable. Good thing about the size though is that it's huge enough to walk with two. On the other hand, that might be a disadvantage...
Other good thing is that it's long and strong enough to use as a walking stick. Glad I bought it.
Haven't got the black one. I bought the ICON style. It's perfect for what i bought it for...GOLF. Heaps of protection and strength, the handle is great even when wet, allowing for a strong grip. and with the design in the canopy allowing wind to blow through from the bottom, no more inside out umbrellas. If your a Golfer this is for you! even at $98 Australian
this is the one i was going to get before i heard about the night camo one, sure its simple, smart and classy. but when you can have a night camo version this is just plain boring.
Great umbrella. Very large, pretty sturdy and light compared to other umbrellas it's size. Only problem i really have with it is the small ropes that go from the umbrella to the shaft popped out of thier retention system on the shaft. Not a big problem since they just slid back in, but enouph to annoy a bit. Overall a great product.
