What more can I say than I am completely obsessed with Oakley sunglasses. They are hands down the coolest frames and have the best lenses ever! I have been loving them since I got my first pair when I was 15 years old. They were a pair of Clear Frogskins with Purple lenses. Over the years I have had more pair than I can remember...Pearl Eye Jackets, Blood vr50 Straight Jackets, Gold X Eye Jackets, Blood Skull XX, 9mm Fives, E-wire...just to name a few. Unfortunately they were all lost or stolen. It wasn't until December of 2005 that I decided to start collecting. Since then I have pretty much been out of my mind with buying glasses. Then hen I thought it couldn't get any worse, I found this site. This is the greatest palce and the worst place all in one. The greatest because I kept telling myself that I wish there was a website that had a list of all the Oakley's ever made and other people who are crazy about them like me...I knew that I wasn't alone. The worst because now I can't sleep at night because I think about all the pairs that I want to get, and because my pockets hurt even more than before. Definetely the best website that I accidentally found!

Got these totally o-some beauties today...

Monster Dog - Dark Grey/Emerald

and while I am here I just want to give all the props in the world to HuneyMonkey...most of us know who he is...I have dealt with him about 10 times in the past and I just bought a pair from him...the box arrived today and inside was 3 Bill O'Reilly CD'S and no glasses...I immediately e-mailed him and he told me to give him a call cause he was baffled as to how this happened...apparently some time between him and me someone at the post office got into the box and made a switch...he said that the has had this happen to him before...I just want to thank him cause he easily could have told me to screw myself and that I was full of crap...he is truly a great seller who knows how to treat a customer...support the sweet monkey!

Thanks guys. I have to get some up close shots. My sleeves and chest were done by a good friend of mine so it didn't cost that much. My rib piece, not pictured, is at $1600 right now with another 6-8 hours to go. And YES it all hurts. I am good at putting myself in what I like to call "my pain cave" when I get inked.

Damn Bill you read my mind...I was already planning on getting the Black-Gradient for the Argyle Gascan...I guess great minds think alike...like I said it is the first thing I have ever had with argyle on it...as you can see from the pic below I am not much of an argyle type of guy...

and this photo is missing the tengu riding a koi fish that covers my whole left ribcage and stomach...ink is as addicting as Oakley...

Christmas came 2 days late for me this year...

Monster Dog - Pearl/G40 Black Gradient

Gascan - Matte Black/Grey/Argyle Icons

Oil Drum - Polished White/Black/U.S.A. Icons

The G40 lenses on the Dogs are really nice. I am going to swap the white icons out for black ones. The Argyle Icons on the cans look spectacular. The first thing Argyle that I have ever owned. The frame is said to be matte black, but it is different than my other matte black can frames. Almost seems to be a cross between matte and polished. Since the first time I ever saw the Oil Drum I wanted them in white but they didn't make them, and now I finally have them. The U.S.A icons are a nice touch as well.

It is definetely not Bronze, but your question struck my curiousity. I compared them to my Plasma Half Jacket and to my Platinum Plate. The Plasma jacket and the Platinum Plate are almost the same color but the Platinum is the slightest bit darker. The Monster Dog is an exact match to the Plasma on the HJ. Therefore I retract my previous identification of Platinum. The proper ID is Plasma/Gold. Thanks for sparking my thoughts Phil.

When I got mine I thought the lenses were wrong too. They have a bit more red and blue tint to them when the sun hits them...nonetheless they are sweet.

No, you do have to buy a pair of glasses to go with them...I only wish you could buy just icons...would be too perfect.

You can get the anodized red icons for Gascans from OCE online. Question is are the anodized red icons the ones from the Thump or the ones from the Ducati Gascan? They are 2 different color reds and I'm curious which they are.

I already thought about putting them on the Flores, but they are sick enough already, and these look super sweet with the orange icon on them. Really sets them off.

Yeah they were a bit higher than I wanted to pay, but till I buy the frames, the Positive Red Heater lens, and cut them without messing them up, I really didn't save that much money. Not going through the hassle was worth it to me.
