I thought even on the later warranty pairs, they still put W on them. Did they quit that as well after 2004? These don't have any marking on them, not even the model number.

I am really looking to add a plasma/ice XX metal to my collection. I don't really need a complete set as I am going to wear them.

I have missed a few pair on the other forum and also on CL in L.A. ( Damn you Del) so I am ready to make it happen now. PP loaded and ready to fire so let me know what you have and we can go from there,

I am not really new to the site, but I wasn't super active here either. I use malv1 at the Oakley forum and I used it here before but I can't remember my password and the email that account was linked to, I no longer have access to it. I haven't been very active over the last ~2 years or so and I am hoping to get back into it. The prices and attitudes are what chased me away but I hope to get past that and become active again, even if the prices these days still anger me slightly... :)

Funny that I read this thread... I agree, to me FGR refers to the X serial Juliets with the ruby lenses.

I was emailing back and forth with a person on the bay selling a set that had no serial number and he/she was continuing to tell me that the frames are new but the lenses were FGR and that is why they were so expensive... I kept trying to tell him that without the serial there is no FGR. My message wasn't getting through so I just left it and I believe they were priced way outside of normal pricing so they didn't sell. Too funny though that most use it as a way to try and increase their profit without knowing what it is they have exactly.

Dann, do you still have these pictures you could repost or possible send via email? I need new lenses for my R2's and of course it is the gold iridium which Oakley doesn't have anymore of but they have black iridum... DOH.
