I'm just a rookie in collecting Oakley with only one pair of A-Wire. :) (Actually its grown up to 6 pieces.) My first purchase was a Code Blue/Black Iridium Minute which I bought in 2000. Since that time, all my eyewear must have O's on them. I hope I can get my hands on some nice shades with time.

Hi there!
I just bought my girlfriend a Restless Polished Chrome with G40 Black Gradient lenses. She loves 'em and I'm happy I could get the very first pair for her!

Thanks, I'm glad you like them. She has also a Why8.2 which I gave her as a present, but she bought this Gascan herself.

The shot was taken today. Quite a nice day for a winter time.

It could just be adjusting to the base curve as well. If you have not had an RX O before with that much rap it takes you brain a little bit to get used to being able to focus all the way through your complete eye rom.
Seems you are right about this. I think I mentioned it before, that this is both first tinted RX and Polarized lens with 8.75 basecurve. All my previous sunglasses had plain lenses, but I decided to take the RX. I didn't regret it, just need some time.

Today was the 2nd time I could actually use my RX'ed Gold Iridium Polarized lenses. The first time I got some headache after a while, but today it was much better. The wet pavement looked still a bit blurry, but I still have hope that I can use Polarized lenses. I probably need some time to get use to them.

As my brother bought a Why4 from ebay he brought the frame to the O Store he ordered the RX lenses from. The plain lenses were taken out and the new ones have been installed properly in the factory. Regarding the lens colors are I think for all frames the same. (I have Gold Iridium Polarized.)
I hope this is the answer you where looking for.

Thank you, Dann for your fast reply. I saw some nice designs on ebay I'd like to buy. For example the Flying Tigers, Troy Lee Designs and The London Police.

There is another question for you guys. Are the Why3 and Why4 lenses compatible? I never had a Why3 in my hands, but I'm afraid they're not.

I got them delivered last week. They look much better than I thought. :)

I'd like to ask for some help on the limited edition microbags. Does this site have a section in the catalogue or not? Couldn't find it.

VR50? Thats a great color combo.
No, it's Gold Iridium Polarized. The frame is easy to guess, X-Metal.

These RX lenses were about 390 USD. In Hungary all Oakleys cost much much more then in the US. The price is usually 30-35% higher on the same product.

So, here she is. Tell me me what you think.

Hi!

I ordered a RX Juliet today and I am a bit concerned about the lens details. I read on oakley.com, that the total power up to -3.00 is available for this frame. The details of my eyes are the following:
right: sph -2.75 cyl 0.50 ax 85 pd 30
left: sph -2.25 cyl 0.25 ax 50 pd 29
The guy at the O store, who ordered the glasses for me, told it will be fine, but I'd to ask for your confirmation on this. I would be very disappointed if my order would be rejected. It's pretty important for me.

Thank you all in advance.

I just got back from the O Store and ordered the RX Juliet with my favorite colorway. They promised me it will be delivered within 4 weeks. Will cost a wad of cash, but I can't wait 'till I get them. :)

Hi!

I decided to get a custom RX Juliet, but I'm quite not sure which combination would be the best choice.
The lenses would be Gold Iridium Polarized, but the frame is still a question. Shall I take the Plasma or the X-Metal? Which would make the best look?

I know my RX shades are hard to see, but this time my bike is the main attraction. :) Besides, today is the 2nd anniversary being a registered member here at O-Review.

I'd like to know this frames' size compared to the Juliet.

A Penny comes to mind there!
To be honest, I don't like the shape of the Penny as much as the Juliet.

This new X-Metal looks okay, but I still hope for a Juliet for a smaller head, like mine.

I see, that's why all my pictures in my collection are missing... Can these images be recovered or we have to upload them again?

Hi, folks! It's been a long time since my last visit, but I'm still here. :) I was wondering why the previous spotlights look a bit "funny". Any problems with the site or is there something else?
