Howdy all,
The icons on one of my Monster Doggles is starting to flake. It is a satin gold, and when it flakes, it becomes shiny. Part of me would like to remove them icons, scratch off the satin film, and make them all shiny, to match the lenses. The other part of me wants to keep them as stock as possible due to them being fairly uncommon and discontinued. They have the same icons as the Monster Dogs, so it should be fairly simple to get a set. The problem is that Oakley doesn't sell just the icons. I've been to O Stores, Vaults, and have called Oakley directly, all to no avail. So, does anyone have any satin gold Monster Dog icons that they would like to sell, or does anyone know of a place that I can get icons only?

Ian, your best best is to stip them and repaint them since Oakley will not sell you loose Icons.

I recently had a pair of monster pups made for my wife....Except they didnt have the icons i wanted so i had to settle for the ones they had, or he said i could buy an entirely new pair of different stock glasses and they would switch the icons. Um....really? anyhow, wanting to know if anyone has gold icons for monster pup they would be willing to let go of?? thanks for the help.
