I'm a competitive (don't laugh) slowpitch softball player and umpire and we practice and play a lot under the lights. The majority of the places we play are straight up garbage as far as lighting conditions go, and I find myself CONSTANTLY squinting to see. I've tried the Persimmon and the HI persimmon, but both get a little too dark at night (even with the lights). Does anyone have a good recommendation for a lens (for the Flak, M-Frame, or Radar) that will help cut some of this damn glare so I can see? Obviously they can't be too dark - I need to be able to clearly see the ball so I don't get killed. :)

HI Yellow will allow more light through and still cut down on glare. It's a fair bit lighter than the persimmon. Sometimes people even feel like things get "brighter" with the HI Yellow lens.

Ti Clear would also work, but I've heard that some people get some ghosting with it. (I haven't noticed it in my thump pros though)

Yeah, I would say HI Blue (Yellow) or Ti clear. I really like the ti clear for cutting the fluorescent light glare at my place of employ. I didn't get any ghosting.

Yup, Hi Yellow or the Ti Clear should do the trick for you.

Ti Clear is more or less dark, although has a clear base. I think the Yellow one is the better choice. Contrast and given light is better. Clear is real only play junk

I once had a G30 Persimmon lens for my RJ, and it was great!!! Maybe the best low-light lens I ever had. Too bad it's available only for a few models.

I wear HI Yellow when driving outside the city at night: it helps with glare a lot. HI Yellow is noticeably brighter than HI Persimmon.

I mainly use HI Yellow as well for night Skiing in Quebec. Really Cuts the glare,of the towering lights and surprisingly, very similar to wearing a clear lens. After a couple minutes your sight will adjust. HI Yellow is the way to go.
