I have a single tower, empty...Now that I have the cage, the single just sits, I was thinking of making the single into a grandfather clock. Just want to know if that is a unique cool idea or a stupid one.

That's sounds pretty cool to me. Just use all steel or chrome, it will be great. One thing's for sure: that will be the most industrial grandfather clock ever!

If you do go through with it, keep us posted with pictures before-during-after.

find some way to integrate some crazy industrial tones for the chiming..sick idea though. can't wait to see it
