I was wondering what shows everyone on this site was going to see this summer, so far for me I have:

-Kids in the Hall's new show at the Montreal Just for Laughs festival in July.

-TOOL that I will see for the third time, amazing band !

-Holly McNarland and Our Lady Peace when they tour next.

Our Lady Peace is going on tour again? I'd definately want to see that. Keep me posted when they set tour dates.

OLP probably won't be on tour until their new album is ready.

As for me, I'm heading to My Chemical Romance on May 15th and The White Stripes on July 2nd. They'll probably be more, but that's all for now.

Saw Roger Waters last night. Started with bits and pieces of The Wall and some new material - Leaving Beirut was great - and did the entire Dark Side of the Moon after a 15 min break. AWESOME

Seeing Bjork in a week. Not everyone's cup of tea, but you can't deny that she's eccentrically genius.

How lucky you are man, he only comes to Toronto here, unless he adds more dates, its someone I would like to see in show a lot ! His last album was excellent.

Yep, the Fields are alive and kicking. Never been 'dead' actually, just 'not so active' :-)
They released 'Mourning sun' in 2005 and some new work should be released soon.
As far as I know, it's been some 7 years since the last live performance and that was some kick-ass performance. That's why I'm going the length to take a 2 day road-trip (by plane ;-)) to London. Wouldn't do that for any other band.

heh... i had no idea the Fields were still recording. i listened to a bunch of Goth bands back in the day (not too much Fields of the Nephilim though) but stuff like Bauhaus, Sisters of Mercy (funnily enough i never got into The Mission though), Red Lorry Yellow Lorry, Siouxsie and the Banshees, etc. i haven't touched this stuff in years, but i'll always listen to Joy Division, and still live for The Cure.

anyway, with the release of their new album, i hope to finally see Travis live this year. maybe will see Muse this summer too. i didn't know Jesus and Mary Chain were touring so i missed out on that one, the NYC show is sold out.

Can hardly wait... not only for the Fields, but lateral excitement is roused by the fact that it's in London. And you all know what is in London, that's not anywhere in the Netherlands....
Oh yeah, the things we have to do to get to an O-store overhere... only 4 more nights of sleep.

Booked yesterday: long weekend London in September, to see the Prince Concert at the O2 Arena. Can't wait!!!
