hey guys i purchased a pair of scripts for a friend of mine and the top of the right lens popped out of the frame. i have tried putting it back in but it seems no matter what i do i end up with the same thing, the top part hangs out just a little. is this something warranty will cover or is she just screwed?

thanks for the help

Call warranty at HQ. There was a Crosshair issue with lenses staying in and they'll most likely cover it for you.

your going to have to send them into the warranty dept. the script frame is made out of acetate, witch is a thermal sensitive material. in most cases they are going to have to replace the frame. If you don’t want to send them in try using a blow dryer, add a little heat to the frame and see if you would be able to realign it.
