See, I was all for the pearl white (still am, but with green camo icons), but that crystal black just looks hot...I will do both I guess...It just sux for these since there were casualties (scratches) on both sets. The worst part, it was the same side for both sets. They aren't visible or "in the line of sight" while worn, but the are there, but they aren't the deep gouges, but a very faint scuff from polishing the edges. Good thing they are displays

Yeah, all it takes is one slip and your screwed. The whole things a bit nerve-racking for me.

oh yeah, especially since I was at the very end, TWICE!!! I almost didn't attempt to polish the edges on the 2nd set, but they really need it to make installing them easier and not gouge the frame at all...

Green camo icons would be perfect with those G26.

Well I tried to cut my first set of G-26's today. They were originally supposed to be Monster Dog, but cut a corner a little small. Then they became XX Twenty, but cut another corner a hair too small. Finally they ended up as Unknown lenses in a pair of Tortoise frames that I had emerald lenses in that all F-ed up, so I guess it worked out in the end. They look pretty sweet. Got a few little chips on the very edge of the one lense. I think I finally got the hang of it while cutting the second lense for the Unknown. Need to be very, very careful on the edges. First I used the cutting disc to cut them a bit bigger than the outline, then the sanding wheel to take down the excess, and last the polishing wheel to make the edges nice. Anybody have the easiest way to do this, because I definetely plan on doing more in the future and want them to come out perfect next time. Here is a pic...

They look great man. If I were you, Id try to find a crystal black unknown frame for them. I cut mine the same way you do. It just takes pratice and patience and even after alot of both, its easy to mess up.
