Yes definately. There's very little to cut and you still retain the XYZ Optics of the lens.

My Juliet lenses were cut from racing jacket lenses. If you can find them, use them instead of an M-Frame.

It will all depend on the lens you buy, I dont mean from what model, but wich one you will buy, like most lenses, they wont always be the same.

+red will usually be all purple/red, but some yellow might be in it, it depends on the batches they made for that lens at that time. Look at the pictures before you buy it and you should be fine.

Hope that helps.

Actually if you read the G26 Juliet thread, They both haf XYZ optics initially but with cutting the racing jacket lens, you wont be ruining the optics as much because they are basically the same size lens (RJ lens is just a little wider and deeper). THe M-Frames curve is very slight and you will be loosing alot of the curve when you cut them down so as I said before, use a Racing Jacket lens if you can find one.

There are plenty of goof threads around here - but we usually just refer to them as being "de-railed" ... then Tick throws in a pic of a train and we all have a good laugh.

Past that, there is plenty of talk about cutting lenses. Check the projects section and do some searches on other threads. Grab a dremel, a sharpie and toss away all inhibitions.
