Uh, looks like the ToolBox bag to me. Can't Imagine more than one MTB bag in Oakley's lineup. I'd venture to say that the MTB 2.0 and the ToolBox are the same bag, with ToolBox being the production name.

I stand corrected, its MTB Pack 2.0 in my catalog... but TOOLBOX is what its called in SAP

It's probably a DH biking helmet, which is slightly different that a MX helmet. THe bike helmets are a bit lighter. but the straps give you room to adjust, so you should be fine.
