Mike , the match was unbelievable , it was broadcasted live overhere in the Netherlands ( thank you Hiddink ) , and in regular play-time it was 1-0 for Australia. after 2 x 15 minutes extra time , it still was 1-0 , so penalties ;
first shot on goal from the opponents was missed.
third shot on goal from australia missed
third shot on goal from opponents , missed
last shot on goal from australia , SCORED !!!!!

and that's how it was

Bruce , there were two matches , the first one was lost with 0-1, so the second one evened the score , in order to get a winner out of two games , you have extra time , not scored within that extra time , brings the penalties, 5 per team.

Yes Fred, I watched the game live and when Aliosi got the winning penalty goal, it was awesome!!!

Our keeper Schwarzer saved two Uruguyan penalties which was terrific.

AND AUSTRALIA ARE IN THE FIFA WORLD CUP FOR THE FIRST TIME SINCE 1974!!!!

Hopefully I can make it to Berlin to watch a few games next year.

(I can't wait to see Aus v Netherlands to see where Huddinks allegiances lie!)

Schwarzer made Zalayeta cry and everyone in the world had to see it. I feel for the Uruguayans players.

Hey guys, did you know that John Travolta went into the Soceroos changing room and shook every hand. they made him sing "Youre the one that I one"!

hey, Fred. Hope you don't mind. Holland has very good player, their young products were among the best, such like Robben, Van Persie. But I think if they wanto win the world cup 2006, they are lake of some player with great spirit. Prepahs someone like Roy Keane.

Hey Fred there was an article in the Melbourne paper today saying Guus is hoping for an Aus v Netherlands World Cup draw!

And here is a pic of Travolta with the Socceroos (they sang Grease songs).

SYDNEY, NSW - NOVEMBER 16: (L-R) Lucas Neill of the Socceroos, actor John Travolta, John Aloisi of the Socceroos and Josip Skoko of the Socceroos celebrate in the changing rooms after Australia's victory in the second leg of the 2006 FIFA World Cup qualifying match between Australia and Uruguay at Telstra Stadium November 16, 2005 in Sydney, Australia.

you have chosen an exceptionally long link :-)

if Guus wants to play against the Dutch , he wants to go home in a hurry than... he knows he's gonna loose to us

maybe they already gave him a fixed amount , no matter how far he comes into the worldcup.

I'm also a PSV fanatic. I'm a seeson ticket holder.
Do you guys know that former PSV goalie Ronald Waterreus is also collecting Oakley's. And most of the PSV players are wearing Oakley's.

And the players of @j@x are wearing RayBans

He Fred,

Didn't these guys bought their Oakley's in your shop? And what about Wilfred Bouma? He's originally from Helmond, your hometown, Isn't he customer in your shop? I saw Bouma wearing Oakley last seeson when he was still playing for PSV Eindhoven.
Next Wednesday I'll visit the Champion League match against FC Schalke 04 in Germany. Maybe there's an O store in Gelsenkirchen wich I can visit, when I'm over there.
Maybe one of our German O review members know if there's an O store in Gelsenkirchen?
